MDP team (and/or Jeremy): Please provide a good PHP example which shows how to use the REST API to read and write Global App Data.

Please do not reply to this post unless you have a good PHP example. This post will have a much better chance of getting a good PHP example, if there aren’t a lot of erroneous responses.

As Global App Data has been removed from the container, I believe it's been removed from the RESTful API as well.
