You probably shouldn't waste too much time on myspace apps right now.. There doesn't seem to be anyone working on the platform.. I was trying to create an app myself, couldn't get a new account verified on the dev platform and had to use someone else's, then I went through numerous glitches and got stuck at an icon upload error.. Can't get the app published. The dev twitter account hasn't shown any activity since July, the 'Send a message to support' ends up on a 404 page, the last blog post goes back almost a year and this forum does not get ANY reply from the dev team.

have u had any interaction from the dev team at all? I am currently working on a new application and i am kinda wondering if my work will be in vain considering i have seen no response from anyone here in months? Any idea if they are even approving any apps at all/ ...thanks man

Hi Donnie

did you check all the preconditions according for acceptance, for example your profile settings? May be there is something missing for which none of the approval process members gave you a feedback.

But anyway it is always good to keep up the faith
and maybe once upon a time you will get through the approval process.

i dont really like facebook =P, i do have it on facebook though. But i can't figure out how to get people to have an "add" button, and it's not showing up in a search... It use to show up, but not any more. can still be played if you visit the url.

MySpace did use to get back fairly quickly. I guess they just stopped funding the app section. They could still at least peak in at least once a week, or even once a month would be nice.

I have the same issue as well. My app is http://www.myspace.com/games/play/205996 and it has been waiting for approval for the last month or 2. Previously we would get a response from MySpace within three working days at most.

I know it is by far the best game I have worked on, but this is the first game I have developed as an individual and I would really love to see it available for the general population.

Rhonda and Johnny were great but I am sure the new guys can also do a good job to help keep MySpace running. Facebook is great but I have always enjoyed getting my applications to run on both platforms. MySpace was always the most profitable. Now that FB has blocked Adsense, I am eager to get this app running on MySpace and less concerned about other social networks at the moment.
