    Coping my apps

hey joel so here is what is going on i made an app called r u desperate i search out the app on myspace it WAS NOT there and the app went live on thursaday or  friday the id is 185356  and url is http://www.myspace.com/532211157   then the developer 5 stAr CHANGED one of his older apps AFTER it went live to the exact same thing this is not the first time this happened he has done this before under other names his app url http://www.myspace.com/531281168 and its id is 184668. Now even though i can tell this is an older app (by the numbers) if you look you will see that he changed it with in the last 48 hours to match mine this is happening repeatly and up to now i have just delete the app because he always puts it on a live app that is older than mine so it looks at first glance like i am coping his app but if you look you will see mine is exactly how it was when it when live i have made no changes at all though he has changed his completely what do i do here joel it is not right i should have to delete mine but i dont want to have my account suspended when he is the one coping other peoles apps please advise me and look in to this i am very upset as i said this is happening by this developer alot and it is so frustrating to know he is doing this changing older apps to match other peoples but being unable to do anything about it because he puts it on an app with an app with a older id then publishes the changes please investigate this and as i said let me know i am at the point where i am deleting all my friends from my account because i think he has a fake account he sent me a friend request on and now when i make an app he sees the name and copies it this is crazy there a billion games out there so there is no  need to copy mine i beat him to the game and should not have to worry about him doing this thank you so much for taking the time to look into this

     Hi,

You use no punctuation and your english is difficult to read. I checked this app (185356) and it appears to be approved. What is the problem?

    thanks,

    Joel

the problem joel is this, the developer is taken apps i have made and remaking them. He or She is doing this by using an app they had live, they but the code in on a live app then puplish the changes. Myspace does not aprove an app if it already is on myspace But they do not check when you puplish changes to see if it is already there apparently this developer sees my apps then copies them on to his live ones. my app goes live as is he steals  my app and buts it on on his live app and puplish changes. in addition to the one apove this happened today as well see these two apps: mine is url http://www.myspace.com/532188633  ap id185336 this app was out last week and has over 500 installs name is Pink Diamonds min. then today i see on the featured list the exact same app by five star http://www.myspace.com/531277575 app id is 184663. He is stealing apps and putting them on apps that were already puplished as something else then he puplishes the the changes. He does this all the time and it is not right! What really is messed up is he puts it on old apps so it looks like we are the one coping him. I have dozens of apps that myspace turned down because they are duplicate applications so you can see why i am upset i hope. as for my punctation i was very upset when i wrote that. I know my gramer and punction is terrible lol sory for that but i hope you understand what the problem is now. I puplish the app first then  he sees it and takes one of his apps that did not do well and buts my app there and puplish the changes. This has got to be a tos if its not it should be!!!!!
