how do you get action or at least a competent response to the problem. i'm having multiple apps of mine getting copied with even the exact name and trying to report the app brought the brilliance of the myspace tech team to recommend me to the http://developer.myspace.com/Community/ as the way to actually getting the problem solved.

So now here amongst the group how many are having problems with scammers and inadequate protection and reaction to violations of the

Please provide me with the six digit appID of your app, and then tell me which apps have copied your app. I would need the appID for those apps as well. If there is infringement, these apps will be suspended.

UPDATE: MySpace DEV Team Member Joel replied saying nothing is wrong, saying the app was live and he was able to add so it should work ok.... 

Please if a MySpace Dev Team Member sees this know that there is a problem on your end and to try a normal account when adding and trying to enter the game.

It will say in red text that the app is currently under review. Our players are so mad about this! Please get it back up for us.

What do we need to do to fix this? If a MySpace Dev Team member sees this please respond. 

 Application Submission Approved so why does it tell peeps pending approval when going to the app. Our players need to get back on, we changed nothing but the server.

Ok I just had to change the home and profile surface servers to reflect the new one, and submitted again.

We have peeps that are now sending us messages about not being able to play. 

 We really need a response from you guys soon.

 Now the app users are going up, its now 8 more and who knows who added and removed it by now.

We will have to look into this further. One thing I noticed is that the user you mentioned does have Space Invaders that looks like yours, but there is another Space Invaders app published BEFORE yours which looks almost identical as well.  I am seeing several Pong apps with similar characteristics. Is there some open source you could all be using and perhaps this is why there are such great similarities?

I calmly asked you which app offended you, and you did not reply. You tried to report me, claiming what? Plagiarism?. And I ask why? You can have your pong app. I don't care. I deleted mine. Have a blast.
