Could you make it easier to transfer app ownership to another developer? Maybe add this feature in the Tools section?

I've posted a request in the forum to transfer an app currently in development to another developer last Thursday, but up to now I haven't received any response from the MDP Team:

Incidentally, since I'm already on this topic, I'd appreciate it much if you can help me with this transfer request here. Here's the info for my request:
