 There's still no explenation in the docs on how to ask for extended permissions for MySpaceID apps. The only example is for OpenSocial.

I think this should work like extended permissions for OpenId auth, but I didnt't test it, I'll try it today

Do you think there will ever be one?

Such an api would be pretty handy when users link their apps to MySpace but do not grant any access permissions (for whatever reason). In such a case, we consider the app to have been linked to MySpace successfully but there won't be much use of it as the app does not have permission to access any information (except what appears to be a bug with MySpace permissions where the stream events are actually being retrieved without user's permission - which I will raise as a separate issue). It would be nice to query for granted permissions and if none are allowed, let the user know what the impact will be. Do suggest if there is an alternative way to do so as well.

Joel, any updates on how to get granted permissions? We can get granted permissions during auth phase, see myspaceid.permissions query parameter, but we cannot get access to revoked permissions if user revokes some permissions via App Settings under Account settings. So what to do? how to check granted permissions?

I checked with our dev team and this api call is still not yet available. I will try to get a time frame if possible.
