Sad [:(] Cannot Repro Rejection Reason

Hi, I have submitted my app several times. After the first few rejections, I hit a spot that was difficult to repro--it only happened consistently in IE8 and only sometimes in IE7. I have since corrected the issue and cannot reproduce this error any more. However, my app is still being rejected for the same bug.

The actual text of the rejection is this:

    1. Broken Links.
On Canvas Surface, user clicks on the “Sign Up” button and enters text in the form. Clicking on the “Next Step” button displays the following message: “The webpage cannot be found”.

However, the app doesn't have a page like that anymore. The testers should not be seeing a page that says "Sign Up" or "Next Step". I'm trying to figure out how/when this is happening.

I've tested this in Firefox, Opera, Safari, IE7 and IE8

Is there a way to get a list of the steps testers take to test an app? If I could get that process, maybe I could find out how it's happening. As it is, I'm at a loss. I've tried everything I can think of--with multiple other people trying as well.

    App ID: 137967

    Thanks,

Have you had any app testers, test for ya?

I'm not sure what you mean by that. I expected that all the app rejections were coming from "app testers"... no?

Also, we have several myspace users marked as Testers of the app and none of them are able to install the app. It says the app is private. We have only been able to test the app with developer accounts.

Given no further response from myspace on this issue, I'm going to submit the app again and cross my fingers that whatever caching issue or whatever it is will magically go away. I still cannot repro this.
