I have two separate apps.  I updated the profile surface HTML for both of them and clicked "Publish Changes".  They were both under review for a short amount of time and then restored to "App Status: Live" and the publish changes button was revealed again.  However - nobody can access the apps.  They both show "App is currently being reviewed".

It looks like you created a MySpaceID app on accident.  I would start over making an onsite app.
