It would be very helpful if dev. team makes a very small improvement here.

Please include app. name in the subject line because users usually don't write it there. I have 30 apps and many times I just don't understand what app the user is talking about.

How would the dev team know which app your talking about if you have 30?

We always ask users to inlcude the app id.

I mean user feedback.

Dev. team knows that since the link "report a problem" is on the app above the canvas.

I don't know which app is that since I usually get mail with empty subject.

Hey Anatoly,

We are working on a fleshed out report abuse system where developers will have more control over the Report a Problem functionality.

In the mean time, I would suggest creating your own help section where users can send you feedback how you want to get it.  You may also want to check out GetSatisfaction.com.  The site may be able to help you organize all of your users' feedback.

Your suggestion of "do it yourself" or using other sites is not good or maybe you are not familiar with myspace dev. platform?

I want to remind you that users just click on "report a problem" link any time they have a problem and they are not looking for any other links or buttons to report anything. And usually they write me about problems when you guys have bugs or downtime. Very rarely I get feedback otherwise.

I would like to provide an email address in lieu of having user's contact my myspace profile.

Getting a bunch of messages in Myspace just makes me not want to use Myspace.

At least with email I can use my existing support ticket system.
