Hey, I'm having trouble with my app. I am extremely new to this so please be very specific when replying.

The app I am trying to develop is a simple chat box from xat.com.  The chat url is xat.com/redlounge

I have pasted the codes correctly on each page. 

• On canvas page: width - 100% (720)  height - 500
• On profile page:  width - 430 (right hand side)  height - 400
• On homepage:  i left this blank because i dont know what to put here

 The chat box is basically in HTML & I can't seem to figure out the problem. 

Myspace admins have said that there is a connection error. However, when I test it out everything loads perfectly fine.

I could appreciate any kind of help. And if you even have suggestions on how I can make the app better that would be great. Once again, please be specific when replying.  I am new at this & I only know the basics on here. Thanks.This is the app { myspace.com/redloungeapp }

 UPDATE: I tried to publish the app again and received this message:  User Experience / Functionality – [application formatting] - application was not working properly. Connectivity issues.
