Hello,

 I'm unable to publish my app due to not having application icons uploaded. This would seem simple enough to fix, but the Edit App Information page refuses to accept any images I attempt to upload. When I uploaded a file of the wrong pixel size, I got an error message saying the dimensions were wrong. But when I attempt to upload icons ( I've tried both jpegs and gifs) with the correct dimensions, I don't get an error message on save, but the icon fields are still empty.

 This has been driving me crazy as I've tried this on different browsers and different OS's but I continue to have the same problem.

 I was able to get a co-worker to help me with this - a head-scratching different order of button clicks got us past this issue. But when I attempt to publish, I get the following error message:

 Failed to Publish application. Unexpected error: NoPanelsDefined

 My app is not an installable app, so I'm not sure why I need any Panels defined?

 My app id is 113191.

 

I would really appreciate any help you can provide.

What kind of app are you making?  An installable app or are you trying to use Data Availibility?

I'm pretty sure you have the app checked off as "Installable" (under Edit Details) but do not have any code on saved on the surfaces.

 Its actually a Data Availability app.

 

Every time I go into the Edit App page, I uncheck the installable checkbox and hit save, but the next time I go back in, its rechecked.

We are still looking into the issue.  I hate to have your app on pause because of this.  If you need to move forward, I would suggest creating a new app while we investigate.

 Just to let you know, a co-worker of mine is having the same issue with the installable check box on his app, so I don't think its just a problem with this particular app.

 Same problem here. When you create an app and define the small and big icons, the screen does not get refreshed. When you go to a different page and get back you also notice that the App Description and the App Installable flag are not persisted. 

So this seems to be a 'known' issue An application must always be installable (leave that checkbox on) And give it a primary and secodary category. You also need some gallery description. When you save an application with these values, it is correctly persisted. MySpace development is aware of this issue and is working on a fix for this.

One more thing: After the save, the page is not properly refreshed. You can click on a different tab, and come back to this tab to see your actual changes.

 I'm attempting to add the 16x16 & 64x64 icons to my Social Sign-on app, but I'm having trouble with adding the icons. I've been at this for more than 2 hours, but nothing I do will allow me to publish my app. Please help.
