Hello,

I received mails from some different users saying that they have an unexpected error popping out when they want to install the application. Also for some other, the "Add Application" button is disabled.

The number of installed applications have been decreasing so fast those last few days. I don t understand.

 Can you ask these folks to provide you with the URL error, and post it here ?

 Hey there, I have been hearing about this bug off and on for months, but we can never get enough information to track it down.  I'll see if someone can look at the person's account and then try to add your app. Thanks for the additional details.

I even experimented this trouble by myself. This message has been displayed: "Sorry! an unexpected error has occurred.

This error has been forwarded to MySpace's technical group."

 It is so strange because for 3 weeks almost the number of installed applications has been decreased, and then after it was ok for 3 days. But now the same problem has occured once again.

Apparently there is nothing that can be done for my application because the number of installation is still decreasing. It is a small fustration knowing that it is seems there is no solution.

I was just able to install your app. 

It appears that this issue is coming back full force, as I've sween lots of folks saying they can't add apps this weekend.  I need to look into this (again) on Monday

Users report a greyed out install button

yes I could add the app with my test accounts but some users are still reporting a greyed out install button and about a week ago we literally stopped dead gaining new users and have started decreasing users now which is very weird since we had good momentum but then we just stopped dead.  So something is definitely wrong.

Also this call is very flakey   v = data.get("viewer").getData();    and often returns NULL in the wrong case 

I have to say your platform has been very frustrating to develop on .... help is appreciated here  

Can you either ask for a screen cap or possibly send me the users (who are complaining) their profile IDs?

We had an issue but it was fixed earlier this week. Since then the only user problems have been browser related with adding or folks that couldn't install the app because of age restrictions.

If this is still an issue we need to know, but on our end it looks as if it was resolved.
