Yep.  Profiles are loading again, but there's a bit of a strain on the servers, so now we have the busy error.  Please Stand by..  :)

I've been checking my database, and have about 1000 new users each day since friday, but the count in application settings has only been going up and down maybe 50 a day. I'm not sure how long this has been going on since I just noticed it on friday/saturday. 

Right now mySpace is reporting 17K users, and my db shows 21K users

It's not a big deal unless it's affecting rankings in the directory.

Yep. A known issue as of yesterday re: install numbers.

 I'm seeing the "server too busy to respond" error message, again. It doesn't happen all the time, but quite frequently.

I'll keep an eye out, but I'm not seeing server too busy anymore at all.

Hi Rhonda, I just had a message about not being able to add buddypoke:

"Ok, All my friends have this app, AND I REALLY DO TOO! But theres a problem, Everytime i click add (the part where it says "You agrred to the Terms of agreement") The panel fades out and the App is not added, is there any way to get this from sum where else or get some help"

I've added and removed buddy poke about 6 times and am not having an install issue at all. Is it possible for the users to provide me a screen cap so I have something to show QA?

I've had some user issues with adding and/or removing - see if the user is using IE6 -  if they are, tell them to upgrade to IE7 or use FF.

Thanks Rhonda and Eddie.  I asked them if they can do a screenshot and what browser they're using.  I'll let you know if I hear back from anyone.

Rhonda, I am constantly reported this problem by few users daily. Its so random and happens to small % of users.. its hard to probably debug for you guys. But the problem PERSISTS.

What I need is a link to a user who can't install, and a screen cap of what they're seeing when they try.

If I can't reproduce it, then QA won't be able to either. We could test it on an account that can NOT install, but nobody has provided me enough info to check it out.

The problem is users never reply when I ask for a screenshot, or browser information. They've already given up on the app by then...:(   But I'll keep trying.
