We submitted to apps for approval a few weeks ago and they are still listed as 'Approval Pending'. If there are any issues can you let me know. Can you also publish standard approval times and details average timings for each stage of the approval process?

Can you guys please look into the approval situation on our apps? It's not clear if our apps have even been looked at. It's been weeks now since submission with no clear status updates on progress which is extremely frustrating.

Denied, unfortunately we are unable to Add in IE - we were waiting to see if this would be resolved, but it still has not been

Additionally there was an error sending our response upon denial - do you have a legitimate email attached to the developer account ?

 Can you let us know how things are progressing with our Coin A Word app that was submitted so time now?

We noticed that our Quizwiz app was reject but further investigation leads us to believe the errors are caused by Myspace not loading the required files to support IE7. Full details of the issue that was check by our dev team and verfified by another development partner are listed below.

 QuizWiz on Myspace and IE7

QuizWiz app was denied by MySpace staff because it does not install in IE (they did not say what version). So tested in IE7 and IE8 and the results are. In IE8 the game installed ok, but in IE7 once you click on “Add Game” and the confirmation popup showed up nothing happened and the loading squares kept spinning.

Debuggin in IE found MySpace does not load the JSON library for IE7. The debugger throwed the follwings errors, both located on files from MySpace CDN.

Conclusion: the bug happens only on IE7 and it’s on MySpace side so they should’ve not deny the app.

MDP team? If you could get back to us concerning our most recent query it would be appreciated as not hearing back from your guys is extremely frustrating when we just want to address any issues and push these apps live.

 Please get back to us. This approval process is not what I've come to expect after developing with Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft and Sega over the years. Without timely feedback you are killing us developers.
