Unable to create a new app

I can't seem to create a new app using this form:

http://developer.myspace.com/Modules/Apps/Pages/CreateAppAccount.aspx

Everytime I submit the form I get this error:

"Incorrect verification code. Please try again."

I've tried it several time in Firefox and IE. Is this a bug?

I have the same problem in chrome for the past 4 days- have not been able to create apps. I think your captcha verification may be buggy. Could the admins please check it out, thanks
