Application Image is missing what does it means?

 He probably meant 'icon'. Can you check on this and be sure to have a valid app icon, then re-submit?

Hi, I have a problem with that app icon! Here what i do - take file xxx.gif 16x16px get upload it, and bam! - error!... what the problem have myspace??

 The icon looks ok to me now. I will have someone review it asap.

Approved! thanks a lot! i am very happy, realy!) But... i have a one little problem. At first I put a link on the site on which we have tested service. Then, when checked, I put the link to work. If go to the app not login - this is already pending... I give link on my app my friend and they seeing red write "This app is Pending... please wait" it is not working help me please

Yes, server was down.. say me that - if I have`t username and login for MySpace and I was linked in my app (http://www.myspace.com/games/play/199013?pm_cmp=mdp_199013_UserViewProfile_appprofile) And I can see only what I see right now: This application is currently pending review. And if I have it my app is works? Thats true?

 It has been approved and should function properly now.
