OAuth in IE fails with "Oops! We're sorry, but we are unable to process your request."

    In Firefox and Chrome OAuth works fine, but when the initial launch is opened in IE I get the following

     " Oops! We're sorry, but we are unable to process your request.

    Please try again, and if you continue to see this message please contact us here."

     Oddly enough if I reload the URL a second time it proceeds just fine.  

     Any ideas?

     Can you provide steps whereby I can replicate? Is this IE9?

    I'm having the same problem in Chrome. Were you able to find a solution to this issue?

     So far I have not seen this. Are you still seeing it? We had an issue with oauth params briefly but it was fixed.
