this new layout is horrible, I can't find anything, sending adds for games is almost impossible, everything is a mess.  Put it back to how it was 12 months ago.  The apps were all in a box on the left, no searching for apps, stream was in the middle, and small, u cud choose what u wanted on the homepage.  You are losing so many people.  Why can;t u give us a choice of whether we want the new layout or not instead of forcing it on us.  Or is it a take it or leave it thing?

I am worried about the new myspace...Did they get rid of links on the Blog editor?  The embed codes to youtube dont work either...And The background picture for my Blog is gone.

And the Advertising takes up more the a third of the page ruining any links or embedded videos I already had put up?...Whats up ..I have been a faithful myspace entertainer for years...If you do this to the blogs I might have to quit!

functional > fashionable. its pretty and has all these nice things. Being able to see everything, videos, uploaded pictures, etc. right in someones status is a nice idea to make it easier. but what if you don't care about 95% of that stuff? I go to the page if I want to see it. Its not that much trouble. Plus the pictures are bigger. which makes the page take longer to load (especially if you have a slow connection, only just a bit longer if you have high speed internet connection) and when your mum walks by and she sees an image of a person on the screen she'll come over n be like WHO IS THAT ALJFAOMDFO and you don't even know who the heck they are because your friend commented them and the picture is just there. whether you like it or not. If the settings are anything like Facebook you can block that post when you see it, or block all posts from that friend. Which I don't want to do. I can go on for pages, I'm not sure if this will even post. but please, consider what your users think before you go changing things and think that it will make everything better and bring people back.

Personally I think myspace is slow because off ya'lls updating and it has gotten a virus. That's what me and a few other  people think. This *** we have no freedom. That's why its called MYSPACE! It doesn't take a Quantum Physics Professor to figure this one out. It was either sometime in 2007, or 2008 when 2.0 came out. When it was first introduced, Myspace was flourishing with huge success, and Myspace allowed us users to 'Choose' whether or not we wanted to switch to 2.0. If the user wasn't happy with it, they were able to 'switch back' to 1.0

Then as several months passed by, that 'choice' was no longer available to those who had 1.0 and wanted to try 2.0, but could not revert back to 1.0

I've heard cries from countless people during that time which resulted in a lot of people no longer logging on. This my friends was the beginning of Myspace's 'demise' Our freedom to 'choose' was taken away, and grossly trodden upon.

This new change will only make Myspace lose tens of millions more of it's users. With that being said, One can only wonder what's going through the mind of, 'Tom'. He's probably shaking his head in utter disbelief saying, "I should never have sold my company to these Bombastic, Bumbling Buffoons." And He'd be right in thinking so. Because you new bigwigs at Myspace destroyed something that was GREAT, and didn't need fixing.

Sad to say I find this site no longer worth my time.  It's too frustrating and the list of what I dislike has become quite lengthy.  I hear from friends that have deleted that MySpace sends a survey asking why you deleted and if you would come back if previous features were restored.  Could they possibly be listening?  Interesting, but doubtful.

At least facebook is consistent and has privacy settings for everything!  You can actually control who sees what by selecting everyone, friends, friends of friends or by specific people on your friend's list.  AWESOME!!  I miss my backgrounds and my music and meeting new friends ..... but at least it's the happier place to be!

I come here for the interaction with other people and for the mindless, selfserving selfpromotion.  I have learned to make cheezy graphics which i share with my friends and they share with me.  But now the animated gifs i made to use for profile pics are useless.  And I love posting comments but it takes forever to do so. I did not come here for the music, the games or any of that.

A lot of people come here to excape momentarily the crazy world and times we live in.  And when they come here and it takes an hour to do a few simples tasks well then the next time they only have five mins to spend on here they end up putting it off until next months paid holiday.

For myself.  I want the basic box.  No bells and whistles.  I want something that works well everytime with no hassles.  I don't want the stream or notifications.  Let me choose to check in with my friends when i want to see what is new.

Far fetched maybe? If not this then how about modules that don't load unless you click on them for the stream, games and all the rest? Everytime I logged in to v3.0 my browser crashes.

But the v3.0 isn't the only problem here.

Why do you allow busybuddys to stop by somebody's page allow them to complain anonymously about something which can ultimately lead to somebody's page being deleted?  This is egregious.  If these busybodys complain why don't you just tell them to MOVE ALONG.  Yes i am suggesting some relaxation of the TOS. If a user allows certain things to be posted to their page and is marginally within the TOS why should somebody who isn't their friend or somebody just browsing by be allowed to have this much power?  If they don't like what they see they should just MOVE ON!!!!

Even though i have signed on to other social networking sites (not facebook) i am still gonna hang on here and hope that the higher ups here make the right decision and changes.  And maybe not interact with the intern, focus group or consultant who came up with v3.0.  You really got hosed on that one.

But now it will be even more complicated.  If I can't figure how to imput my old codes into this new system..well, I may be ending all 4 pages.!!!

The one thing f/b didn't have was the way the page looked.  Myspace had that going for it.  If you make it more difficult to edit the new version, then why should I waste my time?

What on earth have you done myspace!!!! I rejoined the site yesterday thinking that the "new" site would be better than before. I was wrong to think that,

- my country and time zone are incorrect and I can't change it.

It seems that myspace are using it's users to test the site before it has even been tested properly by the developers.

middle of my freaking profile!! The MY__? Really? Stop trying to be like

face book! Myspace is completely different from that! I liked to be able to fix my profile. That was my favorite thing. Don't think you people are fixing it, because your not. Your ruining the REAL Myspace. >:O

Horrible idea to change it, all the user will quit now... Hopefully they change it back before everyone just gets up at leaves. I dislike the new myspace. >> it was better before.

THIS NEW MYSPACE IS MUCH BETTER THAN EVER.

In the beginning when it started I couldent figure out how this

new system worked , why ? its so simple you cant see the forest for just trees.

Yes you can do much more now and before posting this crap learn to use it.

It was exately the same when going from version 1 to the new version 2 , everybody hated it , why ?

simply but thrue ,, they all belive they just can edit their profile without reading about  how the new system work.

You all share the same fault here , nobody want to read , all to lazy to learn new things.

This is the best system MySpace had ever done to us.

we have now new boxes to put html and flash inside and it

makes the whole space more secure for us all so its harder for

people to screw others profiles.

This is the same with wordpress , those complaining about you cant do anything there are all wrong.

If you take your time to learn you will get suprised how much

more you can do .

When people use a thing and this thing became a part of everyday use they forget how to learn and jus became users.

remember the first day when you joined myspace or whatever place it could be.

you was new and had to learn how to use it.

same now , new system , insteadt of blaming try to learn how to use it.

I almost forgot it by myself , just follow the complaining and negative words about it , until I discovered that its up to myself to learn more.

its not hard to understand this new system infact its easier than ever.

css , html , flash all work better now and with this new system

if you cant change anything , its time to learn again.

all to many pages here was crap and all to long time loading just because people mess their pages with unfinished and / or

faulty codes.

now hopefully we only got fast and unfaulty pages thanks to the new system.

MySpace you should have done this years back .

No dont change it back.

I was foolish enough to even write , change it back some time ago but realise you just hve to read about the new system and voila , understand it.
