MDP Content Team is Here for YOU!

Greetings MySpace Developers,

I know it's Sunday, and a holiday weekend - but I wanted to start this blog to keep you informed of our teams progress in getting ya'll the documentation materials you need and have requested to help you keep "Keep Moving Forward" on the MySpace Developer's Platform.

Currently, we're working on:

  • A more comprehensive FAQ.  We have developers ready and willing to answer your questions, and last week I've compiled a list of questions from your posts in the forum. I'm cleaning it up and adding to what Chad has already started
  • Better REST docs
  • CAJA documentation
  • Walk-thru and User Guides
  • Many more things to come.

I want to thank all of you that participate in our forums, and we couldn't be successful without your input.  Please keep the suggestions and posts coming!!

Thank you so much! Again, we here at MySpace are very excited about this project, and it's our ultimate goal to keep things moving forward for you!

Ron

"Around here, however, we don't look backwards for very long. We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things... and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths." - Walt Disney

When do you expect it will be ready for public launch? It will be good to know for planning

When you say "it will be ready for launch" do you mean the user end?

The developer's side is already live.  We expect the user end to go live next month.  ;)

Here's a good blog explaining it:

Having the OpenSocial JS Reference documentation as a PDF that can be printed would be a great help.

Hi Neil,

Good suggestion! I can probably make that available in the next day or so.
