First off.... Thanks for creating a place for developers to come together and create apps for Myspace. My question is about the TOS for app developers. I understand that using/mentioning/suggestion/etc.. the words or graphics of "My" or "Space" in any order can confuse or mislead...

Sorry just reread all the terms/guidelines/faq and found a refrerence in the application guidelines that answers the question if a screenshot would be allowed. I interpret it as being no since it may contain a logo. Also found answers to all the other question I had. Thanks, Dino

When I fill out the basic profile information for an app and click Next (after agreeing to the terms & conditions), and after filling out the CAPTCHA, I get "Developer has not agreed to terms & conditions." Any ideas on the cause? I'm using Firefox 3 on Linux.

My app was rejected with this as the reason. No problem, I implemented an age check and resubmitted. Nevertheless, I see this nowhere in the terms. Where is this specified?
