when I go into chat, it keeps refreshing the ad on the bottom, which refreshes the entire screen... someone gave me a link to stop it but it just worked that one time, I still get the ads... how do I get into chat without the ads showing up, or how can I stop it from refreshing every minute

I signed up at first without a phone number. I got a acknologement email and then a rejection letter and I signed up again with a real phone number. It's been some time and I haven't even recieved the "your application has been recieved" email. Can someone help look into that? Thanks...
