The same exact thing happened to me just this morning (15th October 2008) as well. This is very frustrating. I signed up at first without a phone number. I got a acknologement email and then a rejection letter and I signed up again with a real phone number. It's been some time and I haven't even recieved the "your application has been recieved" email. Can someone help look into that? Thanks...
