Simon this is clearly not a technology problem for us. We have chosen to support modes of use where the user can see in the address bar containing a login URI being hosted at myspace.com. If you would like help with a login flow that allows for that, but is more optimal for you, please let us know...

I have added a new request mechanism to the http://code.google.com/p/myspaceid-php-sdk if you checkout the _dev branch you should be able to use it. Let me know if you have any problems, we are testing it internally now, and it seems to work.
