Just got past this error, finally. In edit app settings, under "External Site Settings" the field "External Domain" is auto-created from the "External URL". By defaul, it created "domain.com", but after changing it to "http://www.domain.com" it works...

Hi, I am also getting the same error, I think this has to do with our app not storing the details persistantly. After you get this error, go and check other details in the application. You will see both the call back URI and the external domain are empty. If you think you saved it, repeat the same thing...
