There is an app that has no age check and has a search funtion where someone of any age can search for users 12 to 17 to date.  You asked me not to post specific apps, so I won't do it. Still, I do not see in any of the application terms or guidelines anything specifying an age check. Where is this policy ...

Well, we're going for a shared profile too. It's under a company name rather than a ficticiuos person. I explained this when we submitted it, so along with Stephanie's comment, it seems OK. There's no other way to represent an app as created by a company rather than an individual.

I beleive these are supposed to be pinged when a user installs the app, not the page they are redirected to. I set it up but nothing seems to be pinging them. I also don't know what parameters they will be passed, so for now am just logging what's sent (or will be sent someday) to figure out how they work.

It seems you just enter the part of the gadget between the <Content type="html"> tags. I wish they would allow the app the be a remote XML file like Orkut. It would be so much easier to be cross-platform, not to mention the 6/7 differences and no newFetchPersonAppDataRequest.

Is there any way to assing multiple developers to an app and display a company name on the app profile? Can a myspace profile for a company be created and used as the developer?  

This would be great to know. 6 and 7 are very different. May objects are not in the gadgets namespace. Not to mention that MySpace has yet to implement some 6 features like newUpdatePersonAppDataRequest. I can already see how forked "open" social development is becomming.

For some reason, my app adds three identical boxes to my profile. Remove one with the X and they all dissapear from the profile. Only the top box has an X and it has three of them! Add the app from the app and three boxes appear again. What gives?
