Biggest doesnt mean best. Payouts of UP TO 60 cents per 1000 impressions, (and btw I added an ad size that "pays" 40cents per 1000 impressions, but am getting an average of around 25 cents!! Hey guys, I just checked from my apps profile the apps large icon is missing. as well as in the product directory its not there either...

Also it would be great if you could find out how we can update the app without losing live mode and just pushing the new code when it is approved
