I've been having the same problem for days now.  It occassionally worked, but since yesterday I've only been getting.   Sorry! an unexpected error has occurred. This error has been forwarded to MySpace's technical group.

 I had two apps rejected for a simple reason.  I've fixed them, but I don't have the acknowledge feedback button or a publish button. 140239 & 140242.   Can someone please look into that.   Thanks!

if you app is flash, read this.   In your flash embed tag, add  wmode="opaque" at the end.  That should do the trick.     If that doesn't make sense, open the fla in flash and select publish settings.  Click the HTML tab.  Then in the Window Mode selector, select "Opaque ...

open your app and then roll over the myspace "more" tab on the their toolbar.  Your flash is probably covering that.  Its an easy fix though.  In your flash embed tag, add  wmode="opaque" at the end.  That should do the trick.     If that doesn't make sense, open the fla in flash ...
