There are various ways to import and export dynamic data, but you probably want to grok the opensocial.makeRequest() function to pass data back and forth between external urls   http://developer.myspace.com/community/myspace/opensocialref.aspx#opensocial.makeRequest 

(I work with the MySpace Developer Platform team)  As per the terms and conditions (http://developer.myspace.com/community/myspace/termsofservice.aspx) you are allowed to put your own ads on your canvas pages.  You cannot, however put advertising on the non-canvas pages.
