 I tried several times with the same error, but now when I go and look, my settings actually did change at some point. So I guess everything's cool.  If there's any way to accelerate re-approval of the app it would be nice. I made no changes to code except server address.

No, I'm not sure. But I'd expect the ratios of installs to uninstalls to remail fairly consistent, and they aren't
