 Nosheen, thank you for that clarification.  I fixed the profile page to say "This Application is Restricted to Ages 18+ only."  Now that both these both issues are resolved, I am resubmitting the app again..   

I clearly put in the line that says (Restricted to Age 18+ only) on the profile view of the app. I am not sure why your reviewer is not seeing that.  Also in my testing with another developer who is a friend and does not have the app installed, on clicking the profile view, it takes me to the Add the App menu, which installs the app and ...
