I'm having issues creating new apps using the "Build" link.  I enter the information and the captcha field, but the screen just refreshes with no error message.  I have a unique email address for the new app, but it won't continue past the first screen.  I've tried Firefox and IE and neither works.  Please let me know if you have any thoughts on this.

 I definitely checked that box.  All fields are populated and there are no errors. After I input everything it just refreshes the first create screen.  I'm not really sure what I could be doing wrong here.  This seems pretty straight forward and I've done it tons of times in the past.  The problem is happening on the page http://developer.myspace.com/Modules/Apps/Pages/CreateAppAccount.aspx.  After I hit the "next" button it won't advance to the next screen.

I'm getting this too - all fields definitely correctly completed, page just refreshes...
