My application's friend list went to 0 friends.

With a user that had it installed, I viewed the app profile page.
The upper-right tells me that the application has been installed, and the upper-right says that there are 3 active users, which is correct.
However, the application does not display on the profile page, and canvas and home pages give messages.

• PROFILE.RIGHT: no display
• CANVAS: "Sorry, the requested user doesn't have this app installed."
• HOME: "XXXXXXX is currently private."

I cannot log in as the application, nor get the password with "forgot password" (it tells me no account with that email exists), either.

 

 Are you able to get in now? Please respond if not.

No, I'm afraid that there is no change in status from my last post...

My canvas says:

Sorry, the app is currently private. You must be a friend of the app to view this page.

My App profile says:

Invalid Friend ID.
This user has either cancelled their membership, or their account has been deleted.

 This is from the account that created the app and has added it to the app menu on the home page.

I think my issue is different than the other people here. I can access my code. The account that is associated with the app seems to have dissapeared. The email doesn't display on the my apps page and I cannot use it to log in.

I would really hate to have lost an app on the eve of the launch that I worked very hard to submit for launch weeks ago.
