Alice Cooper Pinball - need status clarification for user experience

    Hi MDP Team,

i need some clarifaction for my app: Alice Cooper Pinball
    http://www.myspace.com/393834300
    app id= 111578

I've changed the app description ...hope you like it better this time ;-)

But i don't see problems with the functionality / user experience. Please
give me the reason for denial and i will fix that asap. the pinball plays
fine for me and about 1000 other people that started using it today.

    Hey Stefan,

"User Experience/Functionality" is the category of the issue.  Not having a description impedes users experience.

But I see that you're live now and good to go.

     Hi Johnny,

thank you for your response. I've found out that i received an email with further details on why the app wasn't approved. Maybe it's a good idea to tell people that they should check their inbox instead of that status / category text thing? ;-))

     ...anyways:
i had to edit the code for the profile surface, but the changes hadn't been approved for over 48 hours now. ...it would be nice if you could check if there's a problem with it.

    ...have a great weekend

     Hi MDP Team,

another 12 hours past by and still no sign of approval. We have over a thousand users by now and no one is able to install the widget on his profile page ..that is ..mhm bad?!

Please give your blessings to the profile page code and approve this thing! ;-)

    need app approval - immediately!

     OAuth Consumer Key: http://www.myspace.com/393834300
    app id= 111578

We are waiting for a simple change approval for more than a WEEK now!
I've asked in this forum every day why this is delaying : NO RESPONSE!
I've send the community manager a personal message about this: NO RESPONSE!

Your way of handling things here really doesn't work! It's annoying to say the least.

we - as a company - will concentrate on other social networks like facebook, beebo & imeem in the future, as long as this drawback exists!

so ...for the last time i gracefully ask for your approval of our app

It's pretty ridiculous!  We keep getting denied saying that we have external javascript/css references when we don't!!!  Here's a thought...update the stupid platform to not even allow users to put in external references in the home and profile spots instead of relying on untrained employees to approve every app submission.

     Hi Johnny,

first off - don't you think you should've explained yourself, why you and your team didn't respond to us for that long time? A one line answer looks kind of rude, don't you think?

AND ...you are wrong! the changes are still not approved! Please check the status of
    the app again.

    Stefan,

Your changes are now published.  Much apologies.  That was missed by me.
