Help: How to set canvas height in IFrame

I've searched and found about 10 different solutions to this, none of which seem to work.  I am setting my div sections to a huge amount for height, like 3200px.  I've set the IFrame height to 1000 (the max) on the app source page.  My panel (div) still gets cutoff at about 800px.  I've seen other apps, notably the apps like Mafia and Pirates where the canvas page is quite large  - especially as you gain more news items.  I can't seem to replicate that behavior.  Does anybody have any insight on this?  TIA

Do your apps only get cut off when they are iframes? I tested out a random large webpage that got cut off at 800px, and increased the canvas size to 10000px, and was displayed fine. Is there white space below where it gets cut off or does it not change the canvas height at all?

No whitespace and it doesn't seem to matter what size I set it, it always get's cut off at 800px.  It's almost like it's ignoring the setting or maybe there's a style setting somewhere in my app that is preventing it from displaying correctly.  I really don't want to have a paging mechanism as I've seen other applications work just fine (and I know they are IFrame applications).
