Just started off working on this. Any tips to boost my first few steps..?.. thanks in advance.

Hi! Welcome, hope you get a good start. What kind of app are you planning on building? A few first steps and tips I would recommend:

1. Check out Google's OpenSocial developers guide.

2. Take advantage of the  code testing tool located here on the site, instead of trying to edit and re-save every time you want to view changes to the source.

3. Glance over the source code examples included with the code tester to get an idea of how OpenSocial works.

4. Watch the Myspace Dev site and forums for updates, and participate in community discussions to help your understanding.

 Just a few random tips I could think of off the top of my head, if you need any help, feel free to ask here at the forums!
