I keep getting this error... probably accurately... 

it is a swf application and I keep trying to add it using your "Edit Source" interface. I upload it to the profile surface, the canvas surface and  home surface. I get really no feedback at all after I click browse... select the swf and press save. what am I doing wrong? Please please please help me... I needed this to be live a few days ago.

Also, what error are you getting?
Please LIST the steps you are taking to get the error.
