    Cannot access application profile / install page

     We can still get to the canvas page, but not to the application profile page.  (Therefore we can't get any new installs, either)

    Error message: 

    Invalid Friend ID.
    This user has either cancelled their membership, or their account has been deleted.

    The app ID is 103237

     Sounds like your app was broken due to a situation that happened over the weekend.  When was the last time you were able to access this? 

    I can put in a request to restore this, but it may take 24-48 hours before it's live again. I'll find out later this AM.

    Its been broken since at least Monday, as far as I know.  I think someone on your end has communicated with Thomas, the developer and they said it would be back within 24 hours, but looks like its still unavailable.

    Sorry about the delay. I did submit this again for a restore. I am sorry if it's already been submitted once. I was told it could take up to 48 hours but I'll confirm.

    Still getting the error this morning.  So, we haven't had any new installs in several days now.  Any update?

    I just responded to you on another thread.

    Stephanie submitted this again this morning.  I am really sorry about the delay and not exactly sure what the hold up is.  I hope you're back by tmw.
