I can't confirm why anyone was denied, but I took a look at Comment Space, Raviv, and it's not displaying an Icon or Description over here, which means it's an internationalization issue. I'm not quite sure what the fix is, but I think it works like this:
Sign-in as your Application. Goto Account Settings. Find the section that displays information about Preferred Site and Language. Change that to read 'U.S.A.'.
Like I said, I can't confirm anything -- I'm not even sure if that will fix it. As it's almost midnight (or past midnight, in my timezone) here in US, and the beta-test of the MDP and it's associated services is centered here, I'm assuming the majority of the MDP Team is either deep into developing or called it a night. Remember, during the beta-test, as it's only US west-coast based, your not going to get 24-hour support.

Her advice, by the way, is check in on the MDP Dev IRC. Apparently it's still pretty active over there.
