Sending to friends

Is anyone else having issues with sending items from an application to other users/friends? The friends list is sometimes showing up, sometimes not. Its an incosistent bug, unable to catch it and I was wondering if its a MySpace thing.

Opensocial v0.8 - requestSendMessage and requestShareApp only work on Canvas view?

Hi,

I'm trying to get requestSendMessage and requestShareApp to work, and it appears they don't work in the Profile or Home views, only in Canvas view. Is this correct behavior? If so, why can't I send from the other two views?
