Set the canvas to 18+ and let the users know when they create a character that this is a age 18+ app in big red letters at the top.

Hello, I have done a facebook fan box because of this information "Using on MySpace: Because MySpace doesn't support IFrames on profiles, you cannot add a Fan Box directly to a MySpace profile. To add a Fan Box on MySpace, you need to create a MySpace application and use the IFrame method to render the Fan Box within the application. Then you can add the application to a MySpace profile.
