Please read the Terms of Use and Application Guidelines." It's a Facebook FanBox. At the very least it will load a link for users to integrate with a page on Facebook, which is functionality. In all tests I've conducted, it loads a feed of Facebook status updates and a list of fans, this being on two different computers in two separate locations, on Chrome, IE7+, and Firefox. Please explain why this doesn't provide functionality.
