inline flash reports error 500 internal server error after upload for all surfaces

My browser gets the infamous: 500: Internal Server Error, when trying to load the swf file: http://cache01-widget01.myspacecdn.com/3/l_2150eca0ff7048f9b2e4d032ca331344.swf None of my testers can see the app either.

I just tried to upload an inline flash app and am seeing the same error:

I think the problem has been fixed - I can now upload inline SWFs successfully to all surfaces.
