Description too long?!

Ok i recieved a mail saying my description was to short. Then, i tried to explain it a little more and i didnt even fill up the whole box and it said too long. How do i explain it more if the builder doesnt allow good descriptions

I've never had a message of it being too short... but, the description cannot exceed 100 characters, that I do know.
