Both of the apps we're developing were denied for "Downloads: Applications cannot require or contain any downloads or installations." As far as I can tell this is for apps offering a download of any kind of requiring the use of a plug-in that isn't on the MySpace list. These apps host a single Flash SWF for the game play and neither require or offer a download of any kind.
Can you explain what this might be regarding? We're pressed up against some serious deadlines and have been denied twice now.
