This is really great news, we've been waiting months for this and it is the single most important thing needed urgently to make the myspace platform successful and allow good apps to spread virally.

I want to have my activities code ready to go the instant this goes live on the main site, but also I have a lot of urgent work to get done on other platforms which have much higher traffic (largely because they already have activities!). It would be really helpful if you could tell us when you expect this to go live so I can prioritise my time - should I get working on this right away in order to have it ready, or are we talking weeks or months before you go live?

 We really need activities ASAP, it would be great if you could confirm the relase date so we have a timescale to work towards.

you mean live for developers or live for users  of apps.. ?

Indeed that is Live for just Developers. The sooner we get through all your feedback, the sooner we will get it out to everybody.

So let us know if the current templating system works for you.

I meant for devs. I was assuming people got here after reading the blog. Sorry sometimes I assume everyone is on the same page as me. My Bad! :/

I was asking when it will be live for normal users, not devs... are we talking days, weeks, or months?

 It would not be until after the holidays when we go back to a regular launch schedule. To be honest, it mostly depends on developer feedback. We need as much feedback as we can as soon as we can. Then we'll have a better time table re: changes if any that need to be made etc.
