1. User Experience / Functionality: Application Description. Applications that require third party registration must state so clearly in their app description.

    I'm not sure how this is happening now. The older version had a registration scenario but the new one does not.

    Regardless, we've modified the App Description in a way that we think it will be acceptable in either condition.

    The new text is this:

        "Sign up for RIPL and create a live content stream of videos, photos, music and blogs that you create."

2. User Experience / Functionality: Loading Issues. When a visitor (who does not have the app installed) visits the profile of a user, the app does not load.

    I have only been able to test this will developer accounts (since the app is not yet published and non-devs cannot see the app). But I have verified that my account adamtest2@ripl.com (RIPL - who is a dev on the app but does not have the app installed) can view the app running on adame@ripl.com (RIPL Dev Team) MySpace profile page (where the app is installed).

Are you still seeing a problem with these or can I resubmit?
