I created a new application and used a different email to set it up. Now when I log into the developer account and try to install the application. It will give me the error. 

"Sorry, you don't currently have permission to install this application."

and when I log into the application and go to the cavnas page it'll say.

"This application is currently pending review."

I haven't published this application yet, and it is still under development. What could the problem be?

Maybe the problem is related to the developer account? Because all my applications i've added are gone and when I try to manage my applications it'll give me this error.

 Ok, I added a friend to the application and succesfully installed the it; however, it still says application is pending review.

I don't understand why there needs to be a review, because the application is still under development status.

whenever I try to update it. I was able to save the code the first time but now when I try to make changes I keep getting the error.
