I assume that the proper way to completely delete an application is to sign-in under the application's email address and send a request to MySpace to remove the profile. Is that correct? Will that then remove the application from any accounts it's been installed in?

 If you go to "MyApps" you should have the option to delete any application you have made.  If you're not seeing that then that's a problem.

I did have small a problem deleting my own app lastnight.

Previously, when I deleted one of my apps, the app was removed from my profile's friend list.  Lastnight, that didn't happen. so I need to find out what's up with that ;)

When you deleted an app, did you check and see if it's still viewing on your friends list? Let me know please!

Yeah, it's still showing up in my friend's list. Also, I did a quick check, and I can still sign-in to the application's profile.

Not too sure, but i cant add/remove any application. It says on my home page i have Glitter Something, but when i go to manage my apps nothings there.. and when i try to add one it just sit there. =\

I have also App Status: Pending Delete.

This is going on for a week now. appid=113594
