My Favorite Nonprofits - Typical response time to publish changes?

How long does it typically take to get changes published?  I submitted my changes over the weekend and they still have not gone live.  All I did was switch from an HTML app to an external iframe, none of the content or functionality have changed, so I thought it would be a quick approval process.

     Thanks

Your app is live.  The typical turnaround time is about 36 hours.  In some cases, it is 3-4 days.

Re: Typical response time to publish changes?

It's been 4 days and my changes still have not been published.  This is an extremely frustrating process.  It seems like there must be a better way to allow developers to push out bug fixes or other critical updates.

    Your changes are live now.

Somehow your app was not filtered into a queue.  I've filed a bug report.

Re: Typical response time to publish changes?

It looks like the "pending review" state might have lasted a while because of a typo in the iframe url I entered.  I have corrected this and submitted the change again.  Can you make sure that this change gets into the correct queue to be approved as the app is currently broken due to my typo.

    Thanks

Re: Typical response time to publish changes?

When making any change to the source code of an approved app, eg a bug fix, will it need to go thru the approval process again ?

If yes, what is the status of the app while waiting for reapproval ? live, pending ?

    thx

The app remains live with the previous version until the changes are approved. Once approved, the new app appears to users, also live.
