I am not being denied, I not getting anything. I click the button to "add this app" the click add and nothing happens. So now what?

A couple of things to check:

 Do you have code in canvas, profile, and home surfaces?  Are you on the apps friends list?  Once you click the Add button does the caption change to Remove this App?

 You won't actually be denied (or accepted for that matter) until you submit your application by clicking the Publish button.  Until then you should be able to access your app at any time.  Anyone on the apps friendlist should be able to access the application as well.  Adding the app just puts it in your application list and calls the registration callback url.  Removing the app does the opposite and calls the unregister callback url.

well i am a user, and im having the same problem, with every app on myspace.. click on the add app button, the window with the flashplayer/java base comes up, and i click the final add button, and there is no evident action. i can refresh or try to add it asmany times as i like, but nothing.. was starting to wonder what prerequisites these features require..

 been searching myspace forums for an answer but noone has said anything meaningfull yet.
